Absinthe Ritual
We recommend enjoying absinthe the French way, diluted with ice water and sugar.

Steps
- Pour 3cl of absinthe into a glass
- Set a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon and place the spoon on the glass. Alternatively, you can use a fork
- Slowly drip ice-cold water over the sugar cube until the drink is diluted to a ratio of approx. one part absinthe to three parts water. To make the sugar dissolve faster, you can moisten it with water and wait a moment before continuing to add more water
- Admire the cloudy Louche of absinthe, an emulsion of water and anethole contained in absinthe
- Mix and enjoy!
