Kattila Absinthe
Kattila Absinthe is balanced combination of sweet anise and bitterness of wormwood. The flavor is complemented by Finnish coriander seeds and fennel.
Recommendations
Kattila Absinthe is best enjoyed in the traditional French way with sugar and ice water. It also works well in cocktails and cooking
Latest batch
Finnish coriander and fennel complete the taste, along with domestic coloring herbs. The herbs come from Joroinen, Kulmala Garden, Perniö and from the backyard of the master distiller in Kattilalaakso, Espoo

Kattila Akvavit
Kattila Akvavit has a taste of fennel, dill and slight caraway. It has not been cold filtered, which means that all the original aromas are kept and it has an amber color

Enjoyed cold either as is or in cocktails
Latest batch
Tämä erä on maustettu mäntsäläläisen Yli-Salmen tilan kuminalla, suomalaisella korianterilla ja Nurmitarhojen sitruunamelissalla Nurmijärveltä. Lisäksi tislaamomestari on kerännyt kuusenkerkkää Mikkelistä ja Espoon Kattilalaaksosta tämän erän mausteeksi. Espoon Laaksolahdesta kaadettu tammi pehmentää maun.

Kattila Gin
Kattila Gin has a foresty aroma and smooth taste. It has not been cold filtered, which causes the essential oils to emulsify with the water, making it cloudy and rich in flavor. Kattila Gin does NOT contain iris plant, which might cause allergy
Recommendations
Best enjoyed in cocktails, or as is if cooled. Shake before use so the essential oils are evenly mixed.
Latest batch
This batch of Kattila Gin consists of only Finnish herbs and spices. The juniper berries are mainly from Nordic Gusto in Posio, but smaller parts also come from Porkkala, Mikkeli, Mäntsälä, Rosala, and, naturally, from Kattilalaakso. Ginger is from Holmqvist Garden, angelica root from Kauppi Garden in Säkylä, and meadowsweet flowers are from Nordic Gusto in Hankasalmi.

Kattila Rhubarb
Kattila Rhubarb liqueur has a summery, fresh taste from Finnish rhubarbs
