Rhubarb Spritz
This excellent summer drink can be enjoyed also in winter time to summon up summer memories
Ingredients
- 4cl Rhubarb liqueur
- 10 cl rose prosecco or sparkling wine
- lemon sparkling water
- ice
- lemon slice for garnish
Steps
- Fill the glass half full of ice
- Add prosecco and rhubarb liqueur
- Stirr and add the sparkling water
- Garnish with lemon
